Principles of Voice Production - EBOOK (English)

Principles of Voice Production is an introduction to the basic physical laws underlying sound and vibration in an airway. The first six chapters are the basic science (biomechanics, fluid mechanics, vocal fold oscillation, sound production, and sound resonation). The last six chapters cover the applications to voice classification, control of fundamental frequency, intensity, register, and the quantification of irregularity in the voice. Some mathematics are introduced, but graphics and clear definitions of scientific language are the primary vehicles for learning.
